Symmetry Your Behind-The-Scenes Partner

Symmetry is live

What Symmetry does, who it is for, and why the healthcare arm gets its own front door - a new site for a company already running other people's operations.

Symmetry has a new website. That is the small news. The larger news is what it describes.

What Symmetry actually is

Symmetry is not a VA service, and we are not consultants. Both of those models hand something back to you: a person you now have to manage, or a slide deck you now have to implement. We do neither.

We embed with founders and management and run the operation ourselves - strategy, implementation, and execution, through a single point of contact. Intake worked. Phones and faxes handled. Schedules kept. Records routed. Follow-ups tracked. No hiring, no managing, no seat to fill.

The distinction matters because it changes what you are buying. You are not buying hours. You are buying an operation that runs.

Nothing to migrate

The most common question we get is which system a client will have to move to. The answer is none.

Symmetry works with the systems you already have. We run your operations on our platform and add SLA reporting, dashboard metrics, and project management on top of what is already there. Records flow into one hub so they can be routed, placed on your boards, measured against your goals, and summarized in a daily digest that tells you what happened without you having to go and ask.

We have done this across email, scheduling tools, invoicing platforms and marketing lists, for teams whose real cost was never any single tool - it was the switching between them, and the absence of any combined picture.

Symmetry Practice

Healthcare gets its own front door, because running a practice is not the same job as running the business around it.

Symmetry Practice pairs our operations people with PracticeHI, the Azure-native, FHIR R4 practice platform from Avidity Health Care Solutions, Inc. PracticeHI did not start on the practice side. It grew out of thirty years of payor-side work - mailroom and claim operations, X12 transaction processing, SOP development, process reengineering for health plans and managed care organizations - and that method now faces the practice instead of the plan.

That heritage is the point. A practice on insurance is standing on rails the platform already knows. A practice running concierge or direct-pay gets the same operations discipline with the relationship where the claims cycle used to be. A practice doing both, which is most of them, does not have to choose. Use our FHIR-compliant EMR or integrate the one you already run - practices on IntakeQ and other systems connect as they are. The choice is yours and it is never a prerequisite.

AI shows up where it earns its place and nowhere else. An ambient scribe drafts the note; the clinician decides. Drafts never overwrite clinician text, and a signed note locks in the database itself. Every record access is written to a tamper-evident audit trail, and any system without a business associate agreement in place is blocked from receiving PHI outright.

Compliance is built into how the platform behaves rather than added as paperwork afterward. That distinction is the whole argument, and we have written about it at length.

What is on the site

The new site covers the services, the packages, and the case studies - real engagements, described in terms of what changed rather than what was installed. There is a blog where we work through the thinking behind the platform: the AI scribe and why a draft stays a draft, compliance as architecture, and the journey board that puts lead, intake, scheduling, visit and payment in one pipeline.

There is also a live chat that reaches an actual person rather than a bot pretending to be one, and a booking page for a discovery call.

Starting

Book a discovery call and we will walk through your business objectives and operational workflows together, usually within two to three business days. No pressure and no pitch - we will talk through where you are, what is not working, and what support actually makes sense.

Symmetry is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and works with practices and businesses nationwide. The work runs on your systems rather than in your office, so location has never been the constraint.
